We're Back!

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken proactive steps, following government recommendations, to combat the spread of the virus, including utilizing home offices, sanitizing regiments, social distancing, and through conducting appointments via telephone or video conference calls.

According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, our office has been identified as having a Low Exposure Risk Classification.

So, the Attorneys and Staff at Cannabis Counsel® Law Firm are pleased to announce that we have returned to the office on a rotating scheduled basis.

In order to ensure excellent service to you, while protecting your safety, Cannabis Counsel has enacted a visitor guidelines policy. Please adhere to the following safety guidelines when visiting our office:

1. All visits to our office shall be by appointment only. Please call (313) 446-2235 or email us at info@cannabiscounsel.com to schedule an appointment. We have received requests for in person meetings from some clients, however we encourage you to schedule remote Zoom conferencing with our attorneys and staff.

2. If you have a fever, or other signs of illness, please do not come onto the premises. Please take your temperature before your appointment.

3. All visitors must wear a mask or other facial covering while on the premises. All of our employees are required to wear masks when interacting with visitors.

4. As a reminder, please avoid touching your face with your hands while on the property; use a tissue instead. Tissues will be available.

5. When coming to our office, please park your vehicle on the street behind our building (Woodbridge Street). Handicapped parking is available in the parking lot behind the building.

6. Please utilize the back entrance of the building (facing Woodbridge Street) whenever entering or exiting.

7. Please observe social distancing when on the premises by remaining at least 6 feet from any other individual.

8. Our attorneys will meet with all clients in the Conference Room, where seating will be designated for visitors and staff members to ensure a distance between individuals of at least 6 feet.
