Cannabis Counsel Attorney Tom Lavigne joins the Four20Post Live team to talk about the blockbuster news last week that Michigan State Police crime lab results, going back at least three years if not more, that indicated THC in a person’s blood may actually have been legal CBD.
MSP in a letter said at least 3200 cases hinging on those results may now be invalid. Lavigne said he believes the number is far higher.
