At Cannabis Counsel® we are proud of every part we played in the long and worthy battle to end cannabis prohibition in Michigan. 

Our attorneys participated with teams of cannabis, business, and legal experts to draft the recreational legalization ballot language first for the 2016 MILegalize proposal link and again for the eventually successful 2018 Proposal 1 link.

The efforts of countless activists fighting for decades to end cannabis prohibition in Michigan was ultimately successful in 2018 when activism was finally rewarded with the Coalition to Regulate Marijuana.
